Public offer for the provision of consulting services
This Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the Offer) is an official offer by Evgeniya Aleksandrovna Yavorskaya, operating as a self-employed individual (SEI), INN: 773016335971, email address: info@prof-track.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor), to conclude a contract for the provision of paid consulting services with any individual (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) on the terms and conditions set out below.

1. General Provisions
1.1. This Offer has been developed in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, in particular, Articles 435 and 437.
1.2. In case of acceptance of the terms of this Offer, the Customer accepts the offer (accepts), and a contract for the provision of services is concluded between him and the Contractor.
1.3. The Offer does not require signature in paper form and is valid in electronic form.

2. Subject of the offer
2.1. The Contractor provides consulting services, including:
— career guidance services for adolescents and adults,
— support for applicants when entering educational institutions,
— testing, analysis of results,
— recommendations on choosing a field of study and profession,
— support in choosing a university/college, consultations on admission.
2.2. Services are provided in person, remotely (online consultations), by e-mail or other means of communication.

3. Terms of provision of services
3.1. Services are provided on the basis of the Customer's prior appointment and after 100% prepayment.
3.2. The date, time, format and scope of services are agreed upon individually with the Customer.
3.3. Information and recommendations received during the consultation are informational and analytical and do not guarantee the achievement of the Customer's specific goals (for example, admission to a university).

4. Rights and obligations of the parties
Obligations of the Contractor:
4.1. Provide services in accordance with the terms of the Offer.
4.2. Maintain confidentiality of information received from the Customer.
4.3. Provide reliable information on the nature of the services, their volume and cost.
Rights of the Contractor:
4.4. Receive from the Customer the information necessary to fulfill obligations.
4.5. Refuse to provide services if the Customer violates the terms of the Offer.
4.6. Change the cost of services and the terms of the Offer unilaterally.
Obligations of the Customer:
4.7. Provide the Contractor with reliable information necessary for the provision of services.
4.8. Pay for services in full before they are provided.
4.9. Do not distribute received materials and recommendations without the consent of the Contractor.

5. Cost of services and payment procedure
5.1. The cost of services is determined individually depending on the format and volume, and is communicated to the Customer via the website www.prof-track.ru, by e-mail or instant messengers.
5.2. Payment is made 100% in advance to the Contractor's bank account (transfer to a card, via QR code, or in any other way acceptable for a self-employed person).
5.3. The Contractor's obligations to provide services arise only after payment is confirmed.

6. Liability of the parties
6.1. The parties are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.2. The Contractor is not liable for the actions or inactions of the Customer after receiving recommendations, as well as for the impossibility of achieving a certain result.
6.3. The Contractor is not liable for failures in the operation of communication channels, technical errors of third-party services.
6.4. The Customer is responsible for providing false information, as well as for the consequences arising from their inaccuracy.

7. Refusal of services and refund
7.1. The Customer has the right to refuse services by notifying the Contractor no later than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. In this case, a refund is made minus the costs incurred.
7.2. In case of refusal less than 24 hours in advance or no-show, funds are not returned.
7.3. No refund is made after the service has been rendered.

8. Force majeure
8.1.
The Parties are released from liability for partial or complete failure to fulfill obligations in the event of force majeure (extraordinary and unavoidable conditions), including but not limited to: natural disasters, power failures, epidemics, strikes, restrictions by government authorities.

9. Final Provisions
9.1. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved out of court, and if they cannot be resolved, in court at the place of registration of the Contractor.
9.2. The Offer may be amended by the Contractor unilaterally. The new version shall enter into force from the moment of posting on the website www.prof-track.ru.
9.3. All materials on the website, including methods, are protected by copyright. Use is possible only with the written permission of the Contractor.
